Last month, Jaakko Eino Kalevi made his exciting return with an album announcement and new single ‘I Forget‘. Today, he’s giving another taste of his highly anticipated new record ‘Chaos Magic’, with new single ‘Palace In My Head’. The new single features French actress and artist Alma Jodorowsky, who also directed the accompanying music video.

‘Palace In My Head’ instantly draws you in thanks to the heavy beats. Jaakko Eino Kalevi delivers once again a dark and eery soundscape, however the addition of Alma’s vocals really give the song a brighter touch. We are loving these new songs of Jaakko and the addition of the featured guests really creates a great call and response. ‘Palace In My Head’ also comes with a mysterious vintage music video shot in Greece. About the new single he says:

“I had an early demo of this for many years on my computer and didn’t know how to finish it. I re-recorded it in the studio and luckily got Alma to help me finish the chorus part. The chorus and verse are from different worlds, in my opinion. The verse is very dramatic and dark and then the chorus is bright and comforting.”
