IDER has returned with their emotive new single ‘Know How It Hurts’, taken from their forthcoming album ‘Late To The World’. This track follows the previously shared title track, ‘Unlearn’ and ‘Girl’ as part of the album’s unveiling.

‘Know How It Hurts’ is a deeply personal and socially resonant song. IDER mention on Instagram:

“We started writing this song a couple of years ago in reaction to the abortion bans in the US. It’s about the collective feeling of hurt and disempowerment that was felt during this time and continues to be felt. More personally, it’s about looking back at being a young girl and not knowing how to fit in. It’s an anthem for anyone who feels affected by patriarchal ideologies.”
