Let us introduce you to an exciting new trio from Bournemouth called Fake A Smile. The band consists of Jamie Kravos, Luca Ellison and Ryan Poole and they have just unveiled their debut single ‘Prom Dress’. The song is the first taste of what’s to come from their upcoming debut EP ‘Shoot Me To The Moon’.

There’s so much brilliant alternative / indie pop music coming from the UK lately and new trio Fake A Smile is a wonderful addition. The band’s debut single ‘Fake A Smile’ is an incredible lush track with a euphoric chorus that is just making us long for long hot summer days. It is the perfect mixture between electronic pop and a touch of indie rock music and we can’t get enough of it! About the new single the band says:

“We wanted to create a body of work that introduced listeners to our core sound. Prom Dress came together after a conversation we had about staying present and not getting too hung up on the past. We worked with producer Gianluca Buccellati (Arlo Parks, Biig Piig, White China) in LA to refine our sound and solidify what we wanted to say as a band.
