Arlo Parks has announced her new album ‘Ambiguous Desire’, out April 3rd, and shared the first single ‘2SIDED’. It marks a new chapter for the London artist, following her Mercury Prize–winning debut ‘Collapsed In Sunbeams’ and the equally beuatiful ‘My Soft Machine’.

‘Ambiguous Desire’ finds Arlo drawing inspiration from nightlife, community and the messy, human pull of wanting something or someone and you can really hear that energy on ‘2SIDED’.

What I love most is how Arlo continues to evolve with every record. She’s clearly exploring new sounds and influences here, and I’m really loving the direction she’s taking on this new single, while still staying true to her own distinctive voice and songwriting. ‘2SIDED’ feels confident and playful and is a glimmering first taste of what’s to come on ‘Ambiguous Desire’.
