British band Slowdive is making their long-awaited return today with a brand new single titled ‘kisses’. It’s the first single taken from the band’s upcoming new album ‘everything is alive’, due September 1st via Dead Oceans. The new album is the first new music from the band since 2017’s self-titled comeback record, which arrived 22 years after it’s predecessor.

Without a doubt, shoegaze-legends Slowdive deliver once again a stunning new single. ‘kisses’ is filled with dreamy and ethereal sounds, a vibe that Slowdive does so well. There’s a beautiful guitar solo that is just pure lush. Together with the new single the band also shares a gorgeous music video which fits the music perfectly.
