Teneil Throssell aka HAAi unveiled the title track form her upcoming debut album “Baby, We’re Ascending” featuring none other than Jon Hopkins. The UK singer and produced previously shared the singles “Purple Jelly Disc” and “Bodies of Water“. You also might know HAAi from the exciting collaboration with Romy (The XX) and Fred Again.. “Lights Out”.

The new single does it’s title justice, delivering one hell of a trance-inspired banger. We are literally ascending in the 6,5 minutes of this track and can’t get enough of it. HAAi and Jon Hopkins are a magical duo and we would love to here more of these two working together.

About the new single HAAi says: “This is a track I made with one of my dearest friends Jon Hopkins. I’d been working on this particular track alone for a while and got stuck with it – I posted a clip on my Instagram one morning and Jon messaged me asking what it was and could we work on it together.
It started to evolve after a few weeks and became something quite special and personal for us. Hope you enjoy listening as much as we did making it!”
