Grimes is finally back with a brand new single! The singer just dropped her new single and accompanying video for ‘Violence‘. A shimmering heavy synth track produced by i_o. ‘Violence‘ is exactly the kind of sound we love hearing from Grimes. Gorgeous angelic vocals over an exciting trancey electronic production.

It’s been quite a while since we last got an official single from Grimes. Her latest release was ‘We Appreciate Power‘ last year. Fingers crossed that with this new single, Grimes is back on track when it comes to releasing new music. Both songs are supposedly taken from her upcoming album Miss_Anthrop0cene out later this year. It’s the long-awaited follow-up to our favourite Grimes album ‘Art Angels‘ from 2015.
