Following last month’s return with ‘Recognise‘, the UK alt-pop artist now shares ‘Richardson’, the second single from her upcoming album ‘I Got Too Sad For My Friends’, out May 30 via PIAS. This time, she teams up with Cassandra Jenkins for a track that radiates quiet melancholy and warmth.

With soft, meandering instrumentation and hushed vocals, ‘Richardson’ captures the feeling of wandering through thoughts, searching for solace. “I always knew I wanted to work with Cassandra on something,” Shura shares. “Her record felt like an armchair I could crawl into.” Now, they’ve created a song that feels exactly like that, gentle, reflective and deeply comforting.
