Kev Koko might ring a bell if you check out this space regularly. Last year Berlin-based producer and musician Kev Koko released a banging EP together with DJ Gigola. The duo released some of our favourite tracks, including “Sueño” and “Papi“. You also might remember Kev Koko as he used to be 1/3 of FJAAK. Nowdays, Kev Koko is doing it all on his own and just unveiled his banging debut single “1st Of July“.

It’s great to see Kev Koko taking his sound to new places, yet still keeping that banging electronic production we’ve got used too. “1st Of July” is a massive electronic pop anthem, that we just can’t seem to get enough of. While his name might be new from people outside of Berlin, we are sure Kev Koko is destined for big things worldwide. We can’t wait to see what he’ll do next!
