In the past month Röyksopp have been teasing short films and two instrumental tracks “(Nothing But) Ashes…” and “The Ladder“. Today, the moment has finally arrived where we and lots of other fans have been waiting for. The duo is teaming up with none other than Goldfrapp’s Alison Goldfrapp to deliver a massive banger called “Impossible“.

It’s a great pleasure to hear two of our favourite acts from the last two decades collaborating with each other and creating and absolute banging song. Alison Goldfrapp’s distinctive vocals glide perfectly against Röyksopp’s heavy synths. “Impossible” is definitely another masterpiece from the band and we can’t wait for the full length feature. The new record is called “Profound Mysteries” and will also feature another favorite, Susanne Sundfør. We can’t wait!
