Oslo-based artist and producer Zueva has shared her new single ‘So Far‘, ahead of her upcoming EP ‘Miss U‘ due later this year. Here’s another amazing artist to add to my ever-growing favourites from Norway — there’s really something in the water there and I can’t get enough of it.

Following previous singles ‘forget‘ and ‘later‘, ‘So Far‘ is a cool, icy pop song filled with UK Garage beats, warm synths and heavy bass. I just love this electronic soundscape and Zueva fits perfectly on it. I’m so happy to have discovered Zueva and she’s definitely one to keep an eye on!

Speaking about the single, Zueva shares:

“The song has an acceptance that you’ve been taken for granted and that the relationship has reached its end. But as it progresses, there’s a shift into a space of longing and yearning. The instrumentation grows more intense and chaotic, building towards something that makes letting go feel like a punch to the gut.”
