New York DJ and producer Vitesse X surprises us with a brand new single and accompanying music video ‘Realize’. Earlier this year the experimental artist shared her cover of Pinback’s ‘Fortress‘. Now she’s back with brand new material of her own and we love it!

According to her Instagram, Vitesse X is ready for her dream pop era and we’re totally here for it. The nostalgic and subtle banger perfectly mixes different sides of the talented producer. It’s a perfect blend of her electronic soundscape mixed with some shoegaze. ‘Realize’ goes from nostalgic and melancholic to euphoric with that brilliant breakbeat and synth instrumental. We truly can’t wait to hear more of Vitesse X’s upcoming project because ‘Realize’ might be one of the best tracks she has released so far! About the new single she says:

“Realize is my open letter to the narcissist – It’s a commentary on something I’ve witnessed time and time again, and a tragedy that has filled me with both rage and heartbreak. I used this song as a way to finally say all that I’ve wanted to say over these years – that no amount of fame and fortune will ever heal the void they perpetuate, and this is a truth they will eventually have to face.”
