Pearly Drops are back with ‘Fade To Black‘, a rework of ‘End Credits‘ from their 2025 album ‘The Voices Are Coming Back‘, reimagined by London ambient-pop trio Night Tapes. It’s two of my favourites coming together and it’s honestly a match made in heaven.

Their sounds match perfectly and I love how they’ve turned the original into a soft, subtle banger. Nocturnal, slow-burning and atmospheric, Night Tapes strip the track back into something more open-ended and mood-driven. It’s so good and I wouldn’t mind a full project from these two in the future!
