Molina is back with her new single ‘Golden Brown Sugar’, and it feels like a really natural step forward. She’s hitting that sweet spot of alternative pop coming out of Denmark right now, sitting comfortably alongside artists like ML Buch and Astrid Sonne, while still sounding unmistakably like herself.

The song’s intimate and close, built around odd percussion, bending guitar lines and a subtle but infectious rhythm and I can’t get enough of it.

As Molina puts it herself:

“I just really love to record and chop up any odd percussion or drum instrument – and make it cross over with me into a bended and layered guitar-world.”
