Malaika returns with her new single ‘Real Deal’, following the release of ‘Pretty Pretty Thing’. The London-based artist continues the rollout towards her upcoming debut EP, due in May, and it feels like another confident step forward in her sound.

‘Real Deal’ leans into a warm and vibrant indie-pop groove, carried by lush guitar lines and steady rhythms. It captures that feeling of finding something steady and genuine after uncertainty, and Malaika delivers it with a lot of warmth and ease. It’s another lovely glimpse of what she’s been building towards, and it definitely has me curious to hear the full debut EP when it arrives in May.
