Julia Stone, best known as one half of Angus & Julia Stone, is back and better than ever! It’s been 8 years since the musician’s last solo venture with “By The Horns“. After releasing two more Angus & Julia Stone albums in the past years, Julia is ready for a big and bold new adventure. Introducing a brilliant first single called “Break” and produced by none other than St. Vincent.

If that wasn’t enough “Break” is also produced by Thomas Bartlett and features contributions from Warpaint’s Stella Mozgawa and the National’s Bryce Dessner. With “Break” we see Julia Stone taking a different path compared to her previous releases. It’s a bold and big return and it’s great to hear her quirky and sweet vocals against this feel-good and grand production. If this is just a taster of what else is to come, we’re in for a big treat.
