Alt-pop duo IDER are back with ‘Attachment Theory’, the final single before their much-anticipated third albu ‘Late To The World’ lands on February 21. The album will also feature previous singles ‘Know How It Hurts’, ‘Late to the World’, ‘You Don’t Know How To Drive’, ‘Unlearn’ and ‘Girl’.

New single ‘Attachment Theory’ continues to showcase what makes IDER so captivating with their signature vulneraiblity and stunning intertwined vocals. The track’s gentle intimacy is beautifully amplified by a 16mm video directed by Basha De Bruijn set against London’s everyday backdrop.

About the new single they share:

“We wrote ‘Attachment Theory’ after a friend asked us to write a song about attachment styles,” the duo explain. “It seems as though everyone is obsessed with the idea and with self-diagnosing, so we decided to write a confessional song about ours. On a deeper and more emotional level it’s about the fear of being defined by the way you love and desperately wanting to change it.”

We can’t wait for ‘Late To The World‘! The album arrives February 21st via Nettwerk Music Group.
