Manchester artist Antony Szmierek has shared ‘Chalk‘, the second single from his upcoming album ‘Decoding Birdsong‘, out August 21st.

Antony always delivers with every release and this is another great single! Following his debut ‘Service Station At The End Of The Universe‘, the new album sees Szmierek welcome a brilliant cast of collaborators including Pretty Girl, Los Bitchos and 1-800 GIRLS and I’m really looking forward to hearing how those features shape the record.

Speaking about the album, he shares:

“Decoding Birdsong is about choosing to believe in something. Coincidence as a religion. Making your own luck in the face of loneliness and doubt. The smallest things can feel seminal, seismic and life affirming if you just choose to lean in.”
