Hamburg-based producer, singer and DJ KUOKO has released her new EP ‘Music Is Medicine‘ via colorburst records. I really love these four songs — her soft and dreamy vocal delivery paired with the electronic production strikes such a beautiful balance between euphoria and melancholy.

The title track perfectly captures that feeling — picking up on a sense of world-weariness and deliberately translating it not into a ballad, but into a subtle upbeat house track. With the message “all that we heal within us, we’re not alone” it manages to feel both deeply personal and collectively uplifting at the same time.

Honestly she’s such a great artist and I’ll be having this on repeat!
