Liverpool singer-songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist Pixey has unveiled another taste of her upcoming debut album ‘Million Dollar Baby’ with new single ‘Bring Back The Beat’. The album also features the previously shared singles ‘Million Dollar Baby’ and ‘The Thrill Of It’.

New single ‘Bring Back The Beat’ is an electrifying track written and produced alongside Jungle’s Tom McFarland and built around an infectious nothern soul-inspired horn sample. The track is bringing us straight back to the early 00s while at the same time sounding super fresh. Pixey’s truly an exciting new talent and we can’t wait to hear what else she has in store for us! About the new song she says:

“‘Bring Back The Beat’ is a very special song to me on this album. I wanted it to sound like a northern soul throwback, a call to move and feel the music. A lot of the singles are more pop heavy, so this track is a nod to my love of sampledelia.”
