At long last, Santi White aka Santigold has returned today with a new single called “High Priestess“. It marks the musician’s first new release since her 2018 mixtape “I Don’t Want” The Gold Fire Sessions“.

Santigold has always been a pioneer when it comes to her art and music and we are so glad to have her back. New single “High Priestess” is a perfect mixture of the eclectic sound we got to know and love. She describes it as a “rap punk song”, but we think it’s actually quite the electronic banger. About the new single Santi says:

“I want to make music that sounds like the past and the future all in one; music that makes you feel safe enough to jump in, but then takes us on a journey to where we needed to go but have never even heard of. I want my music to be the bridge.”

The energetic and bombastic song also comes with a short video, which you check out below. We can’t wait to hear what else Santigold has in store for us this year!
