Let us introduce you to Swedish artist Mira Aasma aka Aasma and her brand new single “Canoes“. This is the third single the rising artist is sharing this year, following “Mirage” and “Beach“. These are all taken from Aasma’s upcoming debut album “Daydreams” set to be released in August.

New single “Canoes” has that atmospheric and hazy sound that wouldn’t sound out of place on a Twin Peaks soundtrack. This is a perfect piece of alternative pop music and we are loving what we are hearing so far. For her upcoming debut album Aasma went back to her roots and discovered different soundscapes from within the forest of her hometown. We can’t wait to hear more from this project!
