It’s been a few months since we’ve last heard from Amber Bain aka The Japanese House. At the end of last year she delivered two beautiful singles with “Something Has To Change” and “Chewing Cotton Wool“. Both singles are taken from the musician’s brand new EP “Chewing Cotton Wool” which is out now on all platforms.
Together with the release of Amber’s latest EP, her first official release since her brilliant debut album “Good At Falling” from last year, comes also a brand new single. One of the new tracks is “Dionne” which features none other than Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon. It’s a beautiful melodic tune in which both musicians compliment each other brilliantly. While The Japanese House parts are lush and lovely, Justin adds a bit of a darker, distorted vibe to it. The duo creates an exciting and unexpected collaboration and we would love to hear more of them together!
